Who are Hiperprop?

This new service has enabled Hiperprop to widen the geographical area covered to include most of the coastal areas of Spain, and a few selected inland areas across Andalucia. This also means that we can cater for a wider variety of budgets, a good example of this being the 2 bedroom apartments we currently have on offer near Granada, at under 100,000 Euros.rear

Hiperprop are founder members of the” Interagency Network” multiple listing service, or “IN” for short. Since its creation in 2001, the IN has become the most recognized form of self-regulation among estate agent professionals in Southern Spain. All member agents are governed by a “code of ethics”, which sets out strict rules for estate agents to follow in all their dealings with buyers, sellers, fellow agents, lawyers and all parties connected with the sale of a property. The primary advantage of this system to sellers is that they gain the maximum exposure for their property once they put it on the market.

The main advantage to property buyers of this service is that Hiperprop have access to around 8000 properties on the Costa del Sol, so they do not need to shop around. At Hiperprop we remain a small and friendly estate agent, but now we can find properties and buyers of almost any given type or budget across a wide geographical area.
